Position focused on specific technologies or processes from the field of IT Operations, where the given role is fully responsible mainly for end-to-end coverage of IT support related tasks and activities, participates on IT projects and implements changes.
The role provides onsite and remote end-user support from the perspective of software and hardware, within the framework of established procedures and processes and guaranteeing the fulfillment of the company's security rules.

Responsibilities

  • Close cooperation with business departments in the CEE region and supports them in area of their needs, especially in the area of end user support, internally used technologies, as well as cloud services and IT operations activities
  • IT Ownership of key company systems/technology and is responsible for specifying IT requirements within agreed budget, scope and overall IT strategy
  • Identification and prevention of possible risks
  • Cooperation with external teams and vendors
  • Co-manages key technical projects in his area of responsibility, plays the role of key analyst or solution architect in technical projects
  • Support of continuous improvement process and ensures quality of delivery (e.g. best practices, reporting, incident management, etc.)
  • Addressing user requirements for IT operations and coordinates activities with other colleagues within the defined scope
  • Collaboration on other IT projects, renewals, improvements. Cooperates with external suppliers to implement projects
  • Focus on speed and proficiency in resolving requests, number of user requests resolved, number of incidents, meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support role, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Secondary/University education in the field of IT is advantage
  • English language on advanced level
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of AVAYA Telephony system is advantage
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users, understand their issues, and convey technical information clearl
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and maintaining high user satisfaction levels.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and procedures in a dynamic IT environment
