Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEE regional operation and business teams, support them by converting their business needs into functional application solutions within agreed scope & time using both internal resources and external partners
  • Analyze the business requirements and create corresponding technical specification/ design for external SW development partner
  • Support the lifecycle of assigned IT applications & systems incl. further development, testing, monitoring, administration, maintenance, security and user trainings
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (IT Owner) for assigned IT applications or 3rd party solutions.
  • Implement continues innovations & best practice adoption and increase process efficiency to ensure high quality and relevance of IT services
  • Act in line with AXA values and follow CEE IT Strategy directions

Skills and experience:

  • 3-5 year experience in areas of IT business analyses, development and IT systems & applications lifecycle management in an international environment
  • Proven track record in successful deliveries of solutions/projects under the agile framework
  • Ability to deliver multiple tasks and priorities with minimum supervision and effectively operate in a dynamic global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively, externally and internally with all levels across the company
  • Project management skills. Ability to plan and execute on project plans.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, strong result orientation and self-motivation
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with MS Azure DevOps would be an advantage
  • Fluent in both - English and Czech
