My colleague Jakub is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to lead our performance management initiatives and spearhead the redesign of our leadership & management development programmes.

In this role, you will collaborate with the People Care / HR team and people managers across functions and levels to assess learning needs, develop innovative strategies, and implement impactful solutions that align with our organisational strategic goals. What will you do?

  • Lead the implementation of performance management processes that drive employee engagement, productivity, and growth.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in performance management practices and develop targeted interventions to address them.
  • Partner with People Care / HR and business leaders to establish clear performance metrics, goals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Completely redesign leadership & management development programmes that cultivate a culture of excellence and support the growth and development of our leaders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously refine programmes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a deputy for Head of L&D.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management, leadership development, and adult learning theory.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 3+ years of experience in a learning and development specialist role.
  • Proven track record of designing complex learning solutions, leading/coordinating HR projects and working with senior management stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Czech/Slovak (C2) and a good command of English (B2 at least).
  • Sense of personal responsibility and target-oriented quality.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies.
  • Previous experience in consulting or project management role – preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in performance management and/or leadership & management development - preferred.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences – preferred.
