What Your Role Will Look Like

You’ll become a key partner for management and departments across the company, helping to shape how we operate internally and how we continue to grow.

Your work will include:

🚀 Improving How We Work

  • Developing and continuously improving our Internal Management System (IMS)
  • Helping teams create clear, efficient, and practical processes
  • Identifying areas where things can be simplified, optimized, or digitalized

📋 Keeping Things Organized

  • Managing policies, procedures, records, and documentation
  • Coordinating certifications, recertifications, and audit activities
  • Supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements

🤝 Connecting People and Processes

  • Working closely with managers, colleagues, and external advisors
  • Supporting employees in understanding IMS processes and standards
  • Helping create a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement

📊 Supporting Decisions and Development

  • Preparing reports, presentations, and internal materials
  • Participating in strategic and cross-functional initiatives
  • Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum into projects

Who You Are

You are structured without being rigid.
Detail-oriented without losing the bigger picture.
Independent, proactive, and comfortable coordinating different priorities at once.

You probably already have experience in:

  • Process management
  • Quality management
  • Compliance
  • Internal systems coordination
  • Administration or operational support

And ideally, you also bring:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence working across teams and departments
  • Experience with documentation and reporting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or similar tools
  • Excellent English (minimum C1)

  • Norwegian language skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001 / 14001 / 27001)
  • Experience with audits or risk management
  • Experience with process improvement or workflow systems
