What is going to be a part of your workload?

  • Providing our Italian clients with support via e-mail and calls
  • Creating, editing and being responsible for person's orders
  • Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders like payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and our warehouse
  • Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
  • Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
