This role is set up in Czechia OR Romania and working from abroad is not possible, nor relocation package is provided for this role.

What is going to be a part of your workload?

  • Providing our Romanian clients with support via e-mail and calls
  • Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
  • Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
  • Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
  • Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
