Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for the Brand Marketing Director, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as invoicing process, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of brand marketing activities/initiatives by coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records and databases, including contact lists, vendor information, and marketing materials.
  • Internal Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal conferences/events for the Brand Marketing Team
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a marketing or retail environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Both in English and Czech language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
