Regardless of where personal data are collected or processed, the administrator shall ensure that all recipients thereof observe the corresponding administrative and technical security measures to protect the same. I hereby acknowledge that I have rights pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11, 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., i.e., including, without limitation, the right to access my data, right to correct my data, right to block, supplement, delete, or eliminate my data as well as the right to limit processing thereof, and as of the effective date of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (25 May 2018), also the right to portability of data.
