What will you do in Notino?

  • handle online orders
  • process complaints
  • receiving goods and working in the store's warehouse
  • prepare Click&Collect orders (we have goods in the store that customers can order via C&C, so they don't have to wait for products to be transported from our central warehouse to the branch)
  • help with picking orders through the pick-up machines

You're our guy if you:

  • have a positive attitude towards customers
  • are detail oriented
  • have experience with a scanner and basic PC tasks (Word, Excel...)
  • are a team player
  • are flexible - you don't mind working at the weekend (we want to be here for our customers, which is why we are open 7 days a week)
  • speak English at B1 level
