What will your job be like?

  • achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • increases KPIs, monitors results, ensures action plan follow-up
  • oversee and manage daily operations in order to achieve business goals and maximize profitability of the stores
  • leads, motivates, evaluates store managers' work performance
  • guide management staff in your area - setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance,
  • develop and manage the team of Store Managers and Deputy Store Managers
  • manage budget
  • participates in new Store managers' and Deputy store managers' recruitment, provides their training and onboarding.
  • approves time sheets, overtimes and holidays and prepare materials for bonuses for the trusted area
  • closely collaborate with our with business partners and big beauty brands
  • coordinate new store opening
  • closely collaborate with otheir Retail teams, HR, Retail Director and other Area Managers
  • ensure company standards and procedures are followed

What do we expect from you?

  • proven experience in the field of management and leadersip 3-5 years
  • experiences with similar role (for ex. as the Regional Manager, Area Manager, Head of, Regional Trainer..)
  • proven experiences in beauty industry would be something very special for us
  • english at the C1 level
  • experience in leading international team
  • proven strong experience in retail beauty industry and knowledge of customer needs
  • proven experience in sales and customer service
  • strong knowledge of retail and business KPI's
  • excellent communication skills
  • advanced leadership skills to inspire, mentor and encourage our Store Managers
  • proven experience in collaborating with internal retail teams
  • ability to respond quickly to the changing needs of the company as we are constantly developing and growing
  • ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • experience using technology to solve problems
  • strong writing and record keeping ability for reports
  • mandatory citizenship: Romania or Bulgaria
  • be flexible and happy to travell to different countries and cities
