As the Project Management Office team we are supporting clients in the European electricity market integration.
We are searching for a consultant to reinforce our team, which provides ongoing and recurring support activities. Such as organization and moderation of online conference calls, drafting of agendas and meeting minutes, management of tasks of various project bodies, management of an online repository for the project documentation, etc.

In this position, you will gain valuable insight into the ongoing transformation of the European energy sector. You will work directly with the processes that drive electricity market integration, where regulatory developments, sustainability objectives, and cross-border collaboration are reshaping the way power systems operate. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in a rapidly evolving industry and to contribute to the advancement of a more sustainable and interconnected European electricity market.

The position is open for juniors/mediors. We will take appropriate time and adequate care to ramp you up in accordance with the level of quality expected by our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• To facilitate and moderate online meetings with numerous international participants
• To prepare agendas and take meeting minutes during the meetings
• To follow up on topics and actions proactively and independently in-between the meetings
• To maintain contact with clients on a daily basis
• To work in an international environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Professional fluency in English (official project language) and Czech/Slovak languages
• University bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical, science, business, economics, international relations)
• Proactive and client-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Organizational capabilities
• Regular usage of MS Word, Teams, and Outlook

Skills and experience that are an advantage:
• Experience in facilitating of online meetings
• Experience with energy markets, electrical engineering
• Advanced usage of MS Excel (usage of advanced functions)
• ProjectPlace, Jira
• PRINCE2, PMI or another comparable certificate
