• Working with structured requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS)
• Participating in security boards, engineering reviews, and technical meetings
• Assessing security impacts from documentation released by engineering and governance boards

This is not a theoretical role – you’ll be actively shaping how security is designed, documented, validated, and maintained in a real operational space system.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Senior-level experience in security engineering / security compliance

o Secure system lifecycle in regulated environments
• Excellent English (C1 level); ability to work in international expert teams
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex documentation

Nice to have
• Direct experience with EGNOS, Galileo, or similar GNSS / space navigation systems
• Background in space systems engineering, mission assurance, or secure operations
• Familiarity with ESA / EU institutional ways of working
