Position characteristics

In this senior management position (B-1 level) you´ll collaborate with business leaders to provide financial guidance, support decision-making, and align financial strategies with organisational objectives.

In total team of 10 subordinates.

What will you do here?

  • Manage, lead and motivate teams of Finance Business Partnering professionals and align their individual contributions around the business strategy

  • Partner selected department(s) in financial decision support, strategy and planning activities. Provide high quality business insights and excellent finance support to the management board and commercial units with performance management and with commercial/financial evaluation of new initiatives to drive sustainable value. Act with broad experience built on concepts and principles.

  • Provide general financial guidance to the business units and to apply best practice solutions in the company. Ensure alignment of Business units and Finance in budgeting and management of OPEX envelope, identify the future saving opportunities.

  • Ensure building challenging but realistic forecasts and deliver on the company’s financials plans in order to achieve commercial financial targets and operational objectives. Ensure KPIs setting and forecasting processes between finance and commercial units, reflecting efficient use of financial resources and units’ delivery potential, including preparation of supporting analytical back-up to explain reasons of forecast submission and KPIs setup. Contribute to departmental strategy. Impact on tactical results.

  • Drive cost efficiency and optimise the customer investment of acquisition and retention cost to ensure profitability.

  • Ensure the appropriate funding is achieved to execute on the business plan and prioritize and reallocate budgets between departments as required on a forward looking basis.

  • Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.

What knowledge and skills do we expect?

  • Proven senior experience (10+ years) in finance, including at least 7 years in a comparable leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) with hands-on application in complex environments.
  • Advanced experience in financial planning, forecasting, and large-scale budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance through KPI monitoring, reporting, and in-depth analysis.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Solid track record in cost management, capital allocation, and financial process optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with responsibility for both direct and broader organizational scope
