What will you do here?

• Proactively prepare advanced data analysis to support efficient management of channels and achievement of company KPIs.

• Design, develop and run regular (financial or non-financial) reports for selected internal clients and ensure data accuracy. Provide performance overviews of key business indicators as basis for key decisions of top management of the company. Draw conclusions about trends, variances and business performance. Conduct ad hoc reports and analysis. Present information and distribute reports. Understand, influence and support people through applying technical knowledge or rational arguments.

• Lead and participate on cross-functional team projects in position of analytical expert providing business knowledge based on technical skills and subject matter expertise. Act with practical, applied, highly authoritative, but non-theoretical knowledge gained by on-the-job experience.

• Support other teams with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefits analyses, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services provided to customers. Within diversified company procedures, standards, specific rules and regulations analyse and interpret differing situations in order to identify end-to-end solutions in devoted area.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance data reporting, methods of data processing and improve creation and presentation of business information / knowledge.

• Maintain devoted analytics tools. Implement and rollout new and ongoing improvement of current systems, tools and related processes. Manage systems releases on the local side and contributes on testing.

• Support other team members with development of new reports and with simplification of existing reports in terms of technical and business advice.

• Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
