What You'll Do:

Partnerships & Strategic Collaboration

  • CSR Collaboration: Collaborate with our CSR Manager to communicate with external partners, promote CSR activities internally, and co-organize meaningful events that reflect our values.
  • Strategic Partnerships (Non-IT): Build and nurture long-term relationships with universities and professional organizations, from contract negotiations to successful delivery of joint initiatives.

Internal Communication & People Engagement

  • Ambassador Program: Lead the development and daily operations of our internal ambassador network. Support ambassadors in content creation and empower them to become authentic voices of our employer brand.
  • Podcast Production: Take full ownership of our podcast – from concept and recording to post-production and promotion across relevant channels.
  • Maternity Communication: Keep colleagues on maternity leave connected to Notino by providing regular updates and organizing inclusive events.

External Employer Branding & Content Creation

  • Instagram & Content Creation: Create engaging content for both internal and external audiences with a strong focus on storytelling, brand consistency, and creativity.
  • Event Management: Take charge of external events – manage end-to-end logistics, liaise with organizers, oversee booth setup, and coordinate promo materials and staffing.

Media Planning: Co-create media plan with the team, proactively pitch fresh content ideas, and bring them to life across various channels and formats.

What You Need:

  • A strong sense for copywriting and storytelling – you’ll be working with words a lot.
  • But most importantly: a self-driven and creative mindset – we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, delivers results, and wants to measure the impact of their work.
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent English.
  • Great communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of content tools like Canva, or editing software for audio/video is a plus.
  • Experience with communication platforms is a bonus.
