We are Dataclair.ai and we are looking for a junior-level Data Scientist/SW Engineer to join our vibrant team. You will play a supportive role in leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance our telco business. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with approximately one year of experience in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying pre-trained LLMs to business-specific tasks
  • Participating in the development and optimization of LLM-based applications (e.g. RAG)
  • Conducting data analysis and model performance evaluation
  • Engaging in continuous learning and be interested in ML/LLM advancements and practices

Your day-to-day duties will involve:

  • Utilizing Python and relevant LLM frameworks within Azure
  • Supporting the application of LLMs to solve complex problems in customer lifecycle management
  • Participating in the broader machine learning community through events and knowledge sharing

Skillset and qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the field, or relevant academic projects is a plus
  • English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with data preparation and analysis
  • A foundational understanding and experience with ML algorithms and libraries
  • A proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in machine learning
  • Evidence of passion for the field (e.g., academic projects, participation in hackathons, contributions to open-source projects)
