Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager
Role Purpose
The Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives within the local market.
Acting as a key link between VF Global, local IT/business teams, and Cyber Security, the role translates high-level designs into actionable plans and drives delivery through structured coordination, clear accountability, and proactive engagement.
The position combines strong ownership of outcomes with a collaborative, supportive approach, ensuring delivery commitments are met while maintaining a positive and constructive working environment.
What will you be responsible for?
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives (infrastructure, tooling, migrations).
- Track progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines, scope, and outcomes.
- Maintain delivery momentum through proactive follow-up and structured coordination.
- Identify risks and delays early, resolve collaboratively, and escalate where needed.
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and communication across all stakeholders (Cyber, IT, business, VF Global).
- Support cross-functional projects and migrations, embedding cybersecurity requirements from the outset.
- Provide transparent reporting and continuously improve delivery practices, increasing predictability and efficiency.
