Head of Recruitment, Employer Brand and D&I
We are looking for forward‑thinking, and inspiring Head of Recruitment, Employer Brand & Diversity & Inclusion to help us shape the workforce and culture of the future. In this strategic role, you will lead and elevate the full talent attraction ecosystem—creating a powerful employer brand, building inclusive hiring practices, and ensuring our people’s voices are heard and acted upon.
You will be accountable for the following areas:
- Recruitment – Designing and delivering a modern, data‑driven hiring strategy that attracts exceptional talent across all functions.
- Employer Brand & Employee Experience – Strengthening our brand in the talent market and shaping a consistent, inspiring experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Diversity & Inclusion Agenda – Leading our D&I strategy, embedding inclusive practices, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
- Listening Strategy – Owning how we capture, understand, and act on employee insights to continuously improve engagement and organisational health.
In this senior leadership role at the B-1 level; you will directly manage 5 reports and oversee a team of 10 people.
What will you do?
As Head of Recruitment, EB and D&I, you will define and lead Vodafone end‑to‑end people agenda across talent acquisition, culture and candidate and employee experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of HR professionals, creating a strong performance culture aligned with our business strategy and values.
- Shaping and delivering our Employee Value Proposition to strengthen Vodafone’s position as a premium employer.
- Driving talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, aligned with future strategic business and capability needs
- Lead Vodafone’s diversity and inclusion efforts, creating practical plans that engage employees and deliver measurable impact. Develop strategies that make Vodafone a recognized leader in diversity and inclusion.
- Oversee all employee surveys – managing survey programs, analyzing results, communicating findings, tracking key employee satisfaction metrics, preparing regular reports for leadership, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Enhancing candidate and employee experience, from onboarding to engagement, inclusion and retention.
- Partnering with the executive team, business stakeholders and HRBPs, bringing data‑driven insights and innovative people solutions to business challenges.
- Your key midterm priorities: Leading strategic recruitment for critical roles, strengthening Vodafone’s employer brand, embedding a high‑performance culture, accelerate AI adoption within recruitment and talent processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Relevant HR experience in a senior specialist or similar leadership role in corporate environment.
- Effective stakeholder management, experience dealing with senior management.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands‑on experience using data, insights, and people analytics to shape evidence‑based decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to influence, inspire and empower teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proven change capabilities and project management skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate transformation, build alignment, and drive adoption at scale.
- Professional level of English and excellent communication skills.
